When the world outside of you is loud, the world inside of you needs quiet. Simple tricks to give your brain a break could be the change you need in your life.

I was there once, always a thought in my brain, always a task to do, something to remember.


It can create chaos and high stress, making it seem impossible to have control over your mind.


Honestly, it can create an addiction to stress in your brain due to an overactive dopaminergic reward pathway.


This stress addiction makes it so your brain literally LOOKS for things to stress over.


This makes the cycle exceedingly worse.


So how do we stop it?


I’ve got you.


First, we want to assess your brain functioning in general.


  • are you taking the right supplements for brain functioning?

  • how are your regular food habits affecting your stress and overall health?

  • what’s your brain intake like as far as media, overstimulation, and anxiety go?


Once you begin catering your intake (supplements, nutrition, and behaviors) to your brain functioning, you will see such a drastic change.


Next, let’s get into some quick ways to give your brain a break:

  • you need to give your brain time to process things

  • this gives you the opportunity to allow thoughts to come and go

  • begins as a flooding of mental activity then the brain settles down and you will feel calmer
